The recently renovated apartments are ideal for those seeking independence and tranquility during their stay. You’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday: air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities for daily relaxation.
The kitchens are fully equipped and practical, perfect for preparing your own meals, while the living area invites you to relax after a day spent exploring the sea and nature. Everything you need to run the house is included, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
Outside, each apartment has a private furnished veranda, an ideal space for outdoor dining, relaxing, or enjoying evenings in complete tranquility.

Apartment keys are handed over and must be returned to the Hotel Domus de Janas Beach Resort at Viale la Torre 24, Bari Sardo (NU).

Apartment guests are required to separate household waste according to the provisions of the Municipality of Bari Sardo.
The calendar with the instructions will be provided. We remain at the guest's disposal for support and clarifications.

To prepare your daily meals, we have equipped the kitchen with everything you need: dishes, pots and pans, a stove, a refrigerator, and a practical microwave oven.

There’s ample parking in front of the apartment, so you won’t have to worry about finding one.

ESSENTIAL SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
A short distance from the apartments are small shops that can be reached on foot or by bike in just a few minutes. A home-grown fruit and vegetable stand is about 500 meters away, heading towards Bari Sardo. A small grocery store with basic necessities is also located, along with a newsstand and tobacconist with everything you need for the beach.
The town of Bari Sardo can be reached by car in a few minutes or by bike in about 15 minutes. It’s walkable and offers basic amenities: supermarkets open all day, a pharmacy and parapharmacy, shops selling clothing and accessories, Sardinian products, souvenirs, and sports equipment.
They are open from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and are located on the main streets of Via Mare, Via Cagliari and Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
